Validity
􀂃 This offer is valid for the period 20 July 2006 to 30 September 2006.
􀂃 The free tickets can be redeemed for travel up to 30th October 2006.
􀂃 Eligible passengers should submit their free ticket claims by 7th Oct 06.to avail of this
offer. No request will be entertained thereafter.
Details of the scheme
􀂃 For every 5 paid tickets flown during the scheme period, the passenger will get one ticket
free
OR
􀂃 For every 9 paid tickets flown during the scheme period the passenger will get two tickets
free.
􀂃 Complimentary/free Tickets that are availed of during this period will not be eligible for
the scheme.
􀂃 The passenger name on all PNRs AND the 5 or 9 boarding cards have to be exactly the
same. Minor variations of any kind will not be acceptable.
􀂃 The free / complimentary ticket can be availed by any person nominated by the passenger
on any one of the sectors flown subject to seat availability.
􀂃 Full names (first and last name) must be mentioned on the traveled tickets else will not
be eligible under this scheme. For e.g. names with just initials like P. Shah, A. Singh etc
will not be eligible.
Procedure for availing free ticket
􀂃 Passenger has to logon to our website www.airdeccan.net and download the travel
request form, fill out the travel request and send it to flyfree@airdeccan.net.
